Due to the size and nature of the items we sell, delivery is handled by specialized furniture couriers. As a result, please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive.

Yes! You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. How do I track my order?
Once your item leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an SMS confirmation along with details to arrange a convenient delivery date for your furniture.
7. Do you restock sold-out items?
Since many of our products are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, we usually do not restock the same item. If you love it, grab it before it’s gone!
8. Does the delivery include bringing the item into my home?
No — the standard delivery cost does not include carrying the furniture into your home. Delivery is made to the front of the property or building entrance. If you require help with unloading or moving items indoors, please make sure to arrange assistance in advance.
9. Will wardrobes and beds be delivered assembled?
Wardrobes and beds are delivered in parts, as they are too large to transport fully assembled. Please note that our couriers are part of an external delivery service and are not able to assemble furniture on-site.
However, the assembly is simple — and we’re always happy to guide you through it via video call if needed. Just reach out!
