Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 14 working days.

Delivery across the United Kingdom typically takes 14 working days, depending on the location and the size of the item.

2. Delivery Costs

The delivery price shown in the listing applies to mainland UK only.

For deliveries to islands, Northern Ireland, remote areas of Scotland, or other hard-to-reach locations, the cost is arranged individually after contacting the customer.

All delivery costs are clearly confirmed before the order is finalised.

3. Personal Collection

You may choose to collect your item in person from our warehouse by prior appointment.

Please contact us to arrange a convenient collection date and time.

4. Delivery Method

We use a specialist furniture courier service with experience in handling delicate and large items.

Standard delivery includes bringing the item to the front door of the property.

Couriers do not carry items inside the property and do not offer assembly services.

5. Large or Bulky Furniture

Items such as wardrobes and beds may be delivered in parts to ensure safe transport and easier handling.

Our delivery team does not assemble furniture – it is the customer’s responsibility to do so.

6. Delivery Notification

You will receive a text message at least 48 hours before delivery with the scheduled date.

The delivery time is coordinated in advance so you can be available to receive the item.
