Refund policy

1. Right to Cancel (30 Days)

Customers have the right to cancel their order and return the item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must inform us by email or phone before the 30-day period expires.

After notifying us, the customer has an additional 30 days to return the item.

2. Return Conditions

Only items returned in undamaged, original condition, without signs of use, are eligible for a refund.

Items must be properly protected for transport – ideally using the original packaging.

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Antique and Vintage Furniture

Many of our items are antique or vintage and may show signs of age-related wear, which is considered part of their character and value.

Such features do not constitute defects and are not valid grounds for return or complaint.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

5. Damage or Delivery Issues

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photo evidence.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a solution: repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue a refund within 7 working days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

If the customer changes their mind and returns an undamaged item, only the purchase price of the product will be refunded.
Delivery charges – both for the original shipment and the return – are non-refundable.
